My Story
I first discovered Scentsy when one of my friends sent me a sample of Strawberry Swirl. I was instantly hooked. Not long after I was invited to a friends home party, I was able to smell all of the testers and see and touch the warmers, and all of the other wonderful product that she had brought. I knew instantly I wanted these products to make my home smell amazing! I ended up ordering a set of 5 Holiday bars, and not long after bought the Watermelon warmer. I love the safety of these warmers, and every scent I put in there was amazing! (I have to say at this point I was struggling with a lot of depression, and felt like I didn't have anywhere to go. With the help of my husband and digging deap, I took a huge leap.) After thinking about it, I decided I wanted to join Scentsy, not just because of the great deals. I wanted to be able to share all of these products and amazing scents with family, friends and anyone else that is willing to listen! I have been having a lot of fun, sharing products that I truly love! I have started growing my own team and am so proud of them and their accomplishments! We are still growing and I take pride in making sure my entire team is trained just as much as I am or more. I'm honored that my girls chose me and together we are going to do amazing things!
In my short journey I have achieved things I thought were only in your dreams! In my first 15 days I achieved Shooting Star, In my first month I achieved Certified Consultant, In my first 70 days I achieved Scentsational Start Level 1, In my fourth month I achieved Lead Consultant, and in July 2017 I earned the Summer Incentive! I was 1 of 7 Consultants in my team to earn this! On October 17, 2017, with the help of my amazing team, I was able to promote to Star Consultant! Jan. 31, 2018 was the end of our Incentive Trip period, and I'm still in shock, but super proud of myself that I earned Level 2 of the incentive and will be going to California in July for our Scentsy Family Reunion.
If you are asking how did I do all this in a short time? I have a simple answer, Self confidence and hard work! Something I didn't have a lot of before I joined Scentsy. Through the continued support of my family, and my amazing Scentsy Team, along with our amazing owners I found that I can do anything I set my mind to. My journey has only begun, and I can't wait to see where it will take me next!!!
My husband Mike has been such a huge supporter of me and this business, so much that he is now a Co-consultant with me. He still works full time at his job, but as you will see below, we have different plans for the future. I am so blessed to have him on this journey with me!
I have a few goals that I want to share. One of them is getting the Annual Sales award, which isn't easy to do, but is totally attainable with hard work. The other one is the Annual Mentor award. I want to grow my team and help them achieve as many of their Goals and Dreams as they can.
My goals are a little farther out, but I will attain them within time. The biggest one is for me to make my business successful enough so that I can have my husband quit his job and join me full time doing Scentsy. It won't be tomorrow, but in my heart I know it will be reality someday. My other Dream is to have our house completely finished the way we want. We have a lot of small projects that need to be done, but can't complete them because financially its not doable right now. But again, I know that is something we will be able to do down the road, and that makes me work even harder.
Thank you for letting me share my goals and dreams with you. Without Scentsy, I wouldn't have been able to dream this big. Anything is possible, I know that now!
